RETURNS & SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that exclusions may apply*.

INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERIES + RETURNS

INITIATING RETURNS

Customers must contact us in advance of returning items to receive a Return Authorization Number and appropriate instructions. Returns sent that do not include Return Authorization will not be accepted. 

All returns & exchanges must be post-marked within 30-days of the initial delivery date without exception.

A 20% return fee will be deducted from the credit and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping the item(s) back to one of our affiliates.

Upon return, your item(s) will be inspected and credits or refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Kruger House reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse. 

PREPARING YOUR RETURN
All items must be shipped back securely within their original, protective outer packaging/parcel, and internal protective material, or items must be repackaged with adequate, protective material and an outer box/parcel without exception. Damaged and unpackaged returns will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If any item arrives damaged or is defective, customers must notify Customer Service within 3 business days of the original delivery date.

Images of any damaged and/or defective items are required to be sent via email before return authorizations can be issued.

If you have received item(s) that are incorrect and not as indicated on your purchase receipt, please notify the Customer Service team within 3 days to initiate a replacement request.

Any notifications or damage claims initiated outside of the above-referenced time frames will not be honored.

LOST PARCELS
If your package is not received or lost in transit but shows delivered to the shipping address associated with the order, Kruger House will not be liable for non-receipt of goods or replacement of goods. Kruger House will assist in filing a trace and claim with the respective carrier to assist in locating lost packages. 

Packages that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and restocking fees and will not be considered canceled.

*Due to manufacturer policies, certain items will not be eligible for return. Some of those items include all artwork as well as certain throws and pillows. You will be notified by a member of our team should an item you purchased not be eligible for a return upon request.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

At Kruger House, we work hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Changes to an estimated shipping timeframe attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items. The remaining items will be shipped when they are available. Should you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us. A cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed the order.

PILLOWS / TEXTILES/ RUGS

We strive to have all in-stock items shipped as quickly as possible and typically ship within 1-2 business days.  Transit times vary depending on product and location but typically arrive within 2-7 business days once shipped. Kruger House will provide tracking information once your item(s) have shipped.

SHIPPING TO OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Unfortunately, we are not shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states.
